Draper, Utah – November 15, 2018 – HZO Inc., the world leader in advanced and scalable waterproofing and protection solutions for electronics announced today the appointment of two new officers to their executive team: Bill McCombe as HZO’s new Chief Financial Officer and Stephen Gold as HZO’s new Chief Commercial Officer.

Bill McCombe brings to HZO outstanding credentials and a wealth of finance and M&A experience. He most recently served as EVP and CFO with Maxar Technologies, a publicly traded $6b global space technology company. Prior to Maxar, Bill spent 12 years at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch as a Managing Director in its Industrials and Aerospace division. Over the course of his career, Bill has closed over 80 transactions valued at over $80BN within M&A, equity and debt raises. With a great track record of strategic and operational achievements, Bill is uniquely qualified to help HZO navigate the next stage of its growth.
Stephen Gold most recently served as General Manager of Honeywell’s $2.5B IoT and Software Business, where he led the digital transformation of the century-old $40B manufacturer. Before Honeywell he was Group CMO of IBM Watson, where he was one of the principal business architects that designed and delivered next-generation AI technology, driving over 10,000 engagements. In this global capacity, he oversaw strategic and tactical marketing, corporate partnership and business development.
