Ms. Lerebours joined HZO in 2020. Prior to HZO, she held various senior leadership roles in sales and marketing with Eaton, Grainger, and Dana. Rachael has a proven track record of driving profitable growth, developing executable strategies, and managing customer relationships. In her most recent role as Vice President of OEM sales, she managed $800M of revenue, led a team that developed a $1B pipeline, and delivered annual sales growth of ~10% in a mature market environment. Rachael has more than +20 years of experience in managing global and regional sales and marketing organizations across multiple market segments and customer channels. She holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies, Business Globalization, Summa cum Laude and a Master of Arts – Organizational Communication, Public Relations, and Marketing from Wayne State University.
