Kathryn Lewis

Kathy Lewis joined HZO in August 2019 as Vice President, Total Rewards, to lead the Compensation and Benefits functions. Her experience includes 20+ years in global human resource management for both private and publicly held companies. Prior to HZO, Kathy served in leadership roles at several companies including The Pantry, Inc., Worldwide Clinical Trials, and Nortel Networks. Kathy holds an MBA from Meredith College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida, as well as the designations of Certified Equity Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources.
