HZO Opens State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility in Shenzhen, China for Protective Nanocoatings

New Center of Excellence will address growing demand for next-generation product protection

Morrisville, NC – March 16, 2021 – HZO, Inc., a leader in world-class nanocoatings that safeguard electronics, electrical products, and critical applications in an ever-changing market, today announced the opening of its new Center of Excellence (CoE) in Shenzhen, China, expanding its manufacturing footprint and capabilities in the region.

The new facility will help address the growing demands of HZO’s client base, including support for consumer electronics, automotive, industrial, IoT, and medical device manufacturers. The investment in the new CoE also serves to reinforce HZO’s commitment to the China market. Spanning more than 5,000 m2, the smart plant infrastructure offers advanced manufacturing capabilities, automated production, data-driven processes, and fully integrated services. The operations model affords full production transparency, flexibility, and reporting, bringing a forward-thinking approach to cost control and quality. Application and process engineering services bring design for excellence and manufacturability to the forefront, supporting the most demanding customer requirements.
